Delicious any time of the day! Especially great with breakfast, mid-day snack or after a work out.
(Papaya is a natural laxative fruit, especially the seeds. Take care to remove ALL seeds.)
Ingredients-
3# Papaya (chilled)
2 Bananas
1 can Sweet Condensed Milk
3 1/2 cups cold Milk / Water or mixture of the two
(optional: 1/2 cup whipping cream)
Put glass into freezer to frost.
When cutting papaya, top and bottom the fruit, then cut in half through the meridian.
Set fruit upright on board and cut skin off in slices.
Once skin is removed, cut through the fruit from top to bottom like a pie, creating 6 long slices.
Remove the seeds from each slice by scraping with a spoon or the back of your knife.
Then dice the slices into rough chunks and put into the blender.
(Using pitchers with a hand blender works quite well too!)
Add remaining ingredients, blend & ENJOY!
(Note: Make FRESH! Try to drink leftovers within the hour. It could thicken, in which case just add water and stir. Making this to far in advance will turn the fruit acidic. Also, whatever fruit is not used, leave it intact, as once diced, it becomes acidic as well)
